The packaging says “Shitake Bouton,” but inside there are stunted, uneven dried mushroom stems. Unfortunately, I understand something different by boutons, especially since whole mushrooms are shown on the packaging. What a misdirection. Perhaps a more precise description could avoid such misunderstandings, especially since I don't know what to do with these mushroom remains.
