Fast delivery, in accordance with what I ordered. No instructions for green tea, but with the usual recipe it is very good. Maybe the volume of the package could be significantly reduced. A bit too much overpacking as well... But it's a Japanese store, one had to expect that.

Exceptional products and of very good quality. Deliveries are no longer sent to the house, you have to pick them up at the post office. For food parcels like miso; if the parcel arrives at the post office on Saturday, my last experience, you cannot pick it up before Tuesday. Indeed, knowing that my parcel was scheduled for Saturday, I went to the post office at 10:30. The parcel was not available. At 12:30 I receive an email saying that my parcel had arrived, but the post office closes at 12:00 and only opens on Tuesday, so my parcel stayed 3 days in a heated room. Next time, avoid sending food parcels in the middle of the week.

I only give 3 stars for the following reasons: - My package was torn open and no longer had the rectangular shape that is supposed to characterize it. - The fact that Colissimo no longer offers home delivery (which was the case in 2024) for large packages is a problem for single women. As for NISHIKIDORI, it's 5 stars! Quality products, in line with their description, top-notch customer service, attentive and caring. Fortunately, the packaging of the products is fantastic given the shortcomings of the carrier.

Both items arrived in time and in perfect condition, can't wait to order from nishikidori again!

The shopping on the site was great, the order was done right, and I even got a gift. The only problem was the delivery guy, who claimed that he used the doorbell, but did not, and by luck, we looked outside and opened the door, then the guy complained and threatened to simply leave because he needed to walk up some stairs. This has not happened before.
