The parcel arrived safely. Small downsides: I had to go through it 4 times before being able to validate the order via the site (technical problem?) and I had to call the sales department again because the invoice did not correspond to the exact amount of the purchase via the site.

Second order on Nishikidôri and always satisfied with the delivery and the products which are of much higher quality than the products of the Asian supermarkets. The only downside is the plastic in the box to keep everything in perfect condition. I understand, but it bothers me.

I always enjoy my experiences with Nishikidori (except when something i want is indisponible, haha, but those usually are restocked soon). The website is easy to navigate, my previous orders are at hand, and the quality of the products is top notch. I’m not sure i would know what to do without this service available to me.
