Topissime; beautiful product, satisfactory order tracking.only downside: the "recurring"treatment of colissimo which massacred the box of the parcel so that it fits in the letterbox and impossible to collect afterwards (the deliveryman doesn't ring).

Very satisfied. I phoned to find out the status of my order, and the operator told me it would leave the same day. I then received an e-mail informing me of the delivery date, which was respected. The item I received was well protected in a large cardboard box, with a proper invoice. In short, everything went smoothly!

First order at Noix d'Arec...my product arrived dirty...it had been lying around I don't know where...it's really the first time I've received an order in this state...very very disappointed .
