I ordered the suitcase when I saw it was in stock, and then it actually took 5 days to arrive at the store / and then it had marks and scratches (slight, but still). It was for a gift, so I am terribly disappointed with the service.

My son having fallen in love with it, we ordered it anyway, but at almost the same price as the new collection...

I received my bag. I appreciate if the bag would be taken care before transporttion. The bag doesnt look shining and smooth. The other thing is there is no refund receipt in case of returning or refunding.

Parcel arrived safely despite damaged packaging. The delivery time was a little long (ordered on January 4, received on January 19).

The bag arrived promptly in a neat package. However, due to a problem with the dimensions, I had to send it back at my expense, which I found regrettable. I hadn't seen this in the terms and conditions.
