After checking, the photo of the item ordered seems to be in conformity with our order, but it is quite possible that, depending on the lighting settings and the quality of the graphics card of the device you use to view the objects on the web, there may be a difference with the real color. We therefore advise you, if you can, to view the items on 2 PCs or smartphones, especially when it comes to colors such as Camel, Cuero or Natural, whose nuances vary enormously depending on the lighting.

Hello and thank you for your opinion, we do indeed ship items free of charge when the amount of the basket is greater than or equal to 40. You benefited from the first markdown of the sales when you placed your order, i.e. a reduction of 30% off the recommended retail price of the Lancaster brand. Your basket was therefore less than 40, which is why you contributed to the cost of shipping your parcel. Return shipping is always at the customer's expense, as specified in our general terms and conditions of sale. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers, but our SME status (less than 20 employees in 8 stores in Occitanie) does not allow us to compete with the big firms who ship at a loss.
