Fast and careful delivery. Very good communication regarding shipping and tracking. It's possible to ask for the item to be gift-wrapped with a note to give as a present, if desired. On the downside, I forgot to remove the anti-theft device... Fortunately, I was able to make arrangements with one of my local shops... Apart from this little hitch, everything was perfect.

Hello This is my first Lancaster bag, it's beautiful, but it's a shame that the strap is not the same color as the cream on the side ... I hadn't noticed it on the pictures ... As for the quality, I'll have to see over time if the price is justified ...
Concerning the website, a photo on a mannequin would be a plus ...
I was notified by e-mail that I would be delivered on Saturday May 22, so I blocked off my morning for nothing ... Delivery made on Tuesday 25th (the 24th being a public holiday for the post office) ... As I was away, my parcel was left in my letterbox. At the price of your articles, the least you can do is to make a delivery "against signature" ... Fortunately I live in a house ... A mistake can happen so quickly, or a package stolen ...
This still leaves me perplexed for a future order from you ...
I had no choice but to order on the net, in the store it wasn't there ...

Hello and thank you for your message, in fact you ordered a Lancaster bag from the constance tricolor line Black-Light Nude-Dark Nude, so it is normal that the shoulder strap is "Dark Nude" while the side of the bag is "Light Nude". The photos are supplied by the brand, which is why there is no image of the product worn on a mannequin. Regarding delivery times, the message you received must have come from the post office. You placed your order on Thursday 20/05, your parcel was delivered to the post office on Friday 21/05, Monday 24/05 was a public holiday, so delivery times are respected by the entire network. We are sorry, however, not to have given you complete satisfaction and we will take your comments into consideration in order to improve our services. Yours sincerely .

Although I paid for the express shipment of my order on 07/04/21 in 24h therefore for delivery on 08/04/21 (12 additional), I received my package only on 10/04/21....!!!

Hello and thank you for your message, in fact we try to process orders as soon as they are received, however, some orders require a little longer preparation time, which is why we indicate in our general conditions of sale on our site that "the preparation time for your order may vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)." you should therefore always allow 1 to 2 working days for order processing and add to this the delivery time depending on the carrier chosen. The order was placed on 7/04 at 1:30 pm and shipped on 8/04 at 1:45 pm, the chosen carrier: chrono relais, your parcel should have been available at the relay point on 9/04 during the day, in your case there was indeed a delay of 12 hours at the level of the carrier, since your parcel was delivered on 10/04 at 10:30 am, we are sorry about this and advise all our customers to anticipate their purchases as much as possible in view of the health situation which does not facilitate the routing of parcels and their distribution. Thank you for your confidence.
