Hello The bag I received is very beautiful and I will keep it but the dimensions indicated on the site were not correct.

I received my bag. I appreciate if the bag would be taken care before transporttion. The bag doesnt look shining and smooth. The other thing is there is no refund receipt in case of returning or refunding.

Happy with the item purchased but very disappointed with the delivery. I paid for 24h delivery. It only arrived at the Point Relais 36 hours after ordering, i.e. after the event for which I needed the item. I regret having taken the fast delivery option ...
Fast delivery, product conforms, the only drawback is that I received the bag with the anti-theft device still attached. I had trouble removing it and must have damaged my item a little.

I chose your site because "French" knowing that on an English site I could have had 20% off! I am therefore disappointed with this 1st order, received quickly is a good point, but I had asked for gift wrapping and a birthday message knowing that being in vacation rental I have nothing on hand. When I opened the box, it was perfect for the toiletry bag, but nothing else, just a delivery note. I checked on my order in my customer account and it is well noted. Thank you for your feedback, cordially, Madame MILLOT" Same-day response, "yes, sorry, I forgot at the time of packing! " Yes, I noticed that, but it might have been a good idea to tell me that I'd be sent straight away with gift-wrapping and a card for a site that promotes serious French business!
Too bad the handle of the Pierre Cardin umbrella wasn't protected because it was a bit damaged at the reception!

Item very poorly packaged.
Big problem with delivery in Belgium by DPD. The deliveryman never came to our home. It arrived at a relay point that wasn't a relay point, and was dropped off at a private individual's home at another address. It was only because this particularly helpful and honest individual phoned me that I was able to collect the parcel. As for the product itself, it was perfect and exactly what I wanted.
Ordered a gold Virgin Darling bag. I was a little worried because the price was attractive. I placed my order and two days later I received the famous bag. I unpacked the parcel, the product corresponded well to my expectations' except that the inside of the bag was all stained even though it was supposed to be new... I strongly advise against placing an order on this site...

The product is of very good quality, but unfortunately the delivery box was extremely damaged and the bag was slightly dented in two different places and unfortunately it was on the front. But I would buy from the site in the future without any problems.

The bags arrived in excellent condition and were as lovely as they looked online. However, I awarded only two stars for the following reasons: the extortionate shipping fee (£~60) and the import duty/tax (£83.78), which although was my responsibility to know beforehand, Noix D'Arec didn't even think to inform me of this additional fee. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bags but dissatisfied with the service.

Hello This is my first Lancaster bag, it's beautiful, but it's a shame that the strap is not the same color as the cream on the side ... I hadn't noticed it on the pictures ... As for the quality, I'll have to see over time if the price is justified ... Concerning the website, a photo on a mannequin would be a plus ... I was notified by e-mail that I would be delivered on Saturday May 22, so I blocked off my morning for nothing ... Delivery made on Tuesday 25th (the 24th being a public holiday for the post office) ... As I was away, my parcel was left in my letterbox. At the price of your articles, the least you can do is to make a delivery "against signature" ... Fortunately I live in a house ... A mistake can happen so quickly, or a package stolen ... This still leaves me perplexed for a future order from you ... I had no choice but to order on the net, in the store it wasn't there ... To be improved
Although I paid for the express shipment of my order on 07/04/21 in 24h therefore for delivery on 08/04/21 (12 additional), I received my package only on 10/04/21....!!!
If indeed the delivery address and the billing address were the same, this may be due to the site having difficulty taking 2 separate addresses into account, resulting in a parcel arriving at my home, a birthday present not being received on time by the recipient, postage costs to be paid i remain dissatisfied with this site and do not recommend it if you only publish positive reviews don't be surprised to see a disaffection for your site and your products.

Hello, the binder is as we expected. On the other hand, the box was completely torn on arrival.

The site is good and clear. My only downside to this purchase was the delivery. Planned and confirmed to be delivered by Mondial Relay to the relay point next to my house, it was finally moved without consulting me to another relay point at the other end of town.
