I called before ordering to get some information about my order before placing it and the person who answered was very nice (with a lovely southern accent by the way!!😃). We are satisfied with the processing of the order. The satchel was a little expensive for a model from the old collection. It was on sale for 55€ on the brand's website, but has since sold out. My son having fallen in love with it, we ordered it anyway, but at almost the same price as the new collection...
