The items are of good quality, but I bought an Eastpack in a store (Castres, Auchan) that was €20 more expensive than in other stores, even though the saleswoman had told me it was the market price. I never received my receipt, as announced at the time of sale, so it was impossible to return the item (according to the saleswoman of this famous store, by telephone).
