I have a small problem with my last order, for which I specified that the bags should not be wrapped and that I should enclose the gift wrapping paper so that I could see the bags before I wrapped them. Unfortunately, my message was not respected and I received all the bags already wrapped. As a result, I had to unpack everything by tearing the paper, which means that it can't be reused 🙁
