Very fast delivery. The items look like new, but when the packaging was opened, a knot was made in the shoulder strap of the 2 bags which distorted them. Too bad for the same bag bought directly on the Lancaster website at the same price, I had the Lancaster packaging to offer the bag.

Article and delivery impeccable However the article was delivered to me with a label mentioning its selling price which is not what I paid (difference of 20 to my disadvantage!).
Very good site offering quality, brand-name products. Customer service is correct, shipping a little long but given the circumstances! A small problem with the large, unprotected cardboard box for the item received. Otherwise good overall.
