Exactly as imagined!

I'm very satisfied, with the only downside being that the product I ordered arrived with an anti-theft device that was very difficult to remove.

I quickly found the items I wanted by doing a search on the site. My parcel took 8 days from the time of payment to arrival at the relay. In addition to my orders, 2 small gifts were slipped into the parcel. A big thank you to Noix d'Arc. What's more, you've made someone happy - my daughter got the schoolbag she wanted, which we couldn't find anywhere else.

Impeccable service, fast and meticulous, it's a pity that returns are at the customer's expense and prices are rather high.

The bags arrived in excellent condition and were as lovely as they looked online. However, I awarded only two stars for the following reasons: the extortionate shipping fee (£~60) and the import duty/tax (£83.78), which although was my responsibility to know beforehand, Noix D'Arec didn't even think to inform me of this additional fee. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bags but dissatisfied with the service.
