The product is not finished. One of the 2 outside pockets is still sewn and an inside pocket is missing. Order placed on Saturday, processed on Tuesday some sites are faster. This is my first order on this site, a little disappointed but that can happen. I'm waiting to see the after-sales service and return policy, which will make the difference. I hope to have a bag that corresponds to the description on the site.

Perfect. I ordered an Eastpack backpack, which I couldn't find anywhere else. There was a little processing snafu. Seeing that my order was still "being processed" after 6 days, I called them to find out what was going on. A very nice lady answered and explained why. This charming lady told me that there would be a surprise in the bag to make up for the delay. After receiving the parcel, indeed, the Eastpack brand kit, in the same pattern collection, was inside. Very professional, very fair, very commercial. I recommend this brand!
