Customer reviews of Nos Meilleures Courses

Easy site navigation. Fast delivery.

Despite an incomplete order, after-sales service was responsive and generous, so the top mark is well deserved.

Fast delivery to the desired location. Undamaged products. I hope you will continue to diversify your product range.

the only problem is that it's more expensive than in-store with postage.

Out-of-stock items are not indicated when ordering on the site.

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Thank you for this comment.

It encourages us to keep an even closer eye on our out-of-stock products.
However, for most of them, the out-of-stock status is only a few days.

Wide choice of quality products, fast delivery
.

Delivery is fast and on time, and there are people behind the machines. Much appreciated!

Nothing in particular to report. I'm completely satisfied. All the same I regret the lack of choice lately when ordering Honey

Comment from nosmeilleurescourses.fr:
Thank you for your interest! Good news: two new honeys are available: http://bit.ly/SiARNA

Even if sometimes there are mistakes in the making of orders, there's always a very pleasant person listening. I appreciate these human relationships.

very good site, a wider selection would have been appreciated

Excellent products sold by an efficient, friendly team, it's a shame they had to leave the 14th arrondissement: it was a real pleasure to meet them for a chat.

products available, VERY fast shipping, products well protected

Very good quality of delivery: speed, packaging.
The ergonomics of the site need to be reviewed.

everything has been great, I just find the shipping costs too expensive if you only order one ( or a few) 30g bags of herbal teas.
This doesn't encourage people who just want to discover and taste a product to order.
in my opinion

excellent, fast service. your coffee was sent in a parcel to my children in japan.

Very efficient. I particularly appreciate the hand-written notes accompanying orders, which show a major interest in human relations.

No delivery problems. Fast and efficient. Thank you very much

good price, good quality and fast

all well and good, but I would be happy if the products were more carefully selected.

Good product information, efficient ordering on the site.
++ : very fast delivery, very good products
- : not all products available at time of order; DLUO sometimes too close to delivery date

Amazing! When I order from this site, I feel like I'm shopping in a local shop and meeting up with friends. I could be wrong, but I feel like there's an esprit de corps in this eminently friendly and efficient company.

A fast and reliable service.
Bravo and thank you.

And it's great to see new products, each as good as the next.
Hats off to you!
completely satisfactory service in terms of the nature of the products and their timely delivery.

I am always very happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the tea! Thank you so much!

it's fast and very well packaged, with the ecological concern and thus recuperation to surely reduce the blows
super, to continue
be careful however with the product "chocolate" in bars, this one must undergo temperature variations
This product arrived several times in bad condition:whitish aspect..exposed probably to .heat
everything else is super

friendly staff and high quality products at good prices.

fast shipping and great product
