I purchased a 'duo packet' (perfume + liquid soap). When opening my package I found that there had been a mistake: perfume and soap were not matching. I contacted the client service, and they responded very quickly, quickly sent me the missing perfume, and helped me return the perfume I received. I discovered this brand by chance and I am delighted, the scents are divine and so original (a musk, a rose, a vanilla...my favorites), I only get compliments! However, the scents do not last very long on the skin. The concept of ordering testers in advance and benefiting from a credit for a new order is very clever and commercial!
