Unfortunately, quality is sacrificed for profitability. I bought bamboo charcoal for €44 thinking it would last for 6 months of filtration, and after 2 weeks, all the charcoals are broken into small unusable pieces. I am forced to place a new order. But this time, I will be more vigilant and look for real compact charcoals and not hollow sticks.

Hello On further research, I realized that you make your own binchotan, so it has nothing to do with those from Japan. What's more, the manufacturing processes are done with chemicals, so they're not good for your health. I'm sorry to tell you all this.
