Too bad, there were only 2 in the package which was slightly opened... it was well marked 5 on it... I am rather satisfied with my 1st try. One more gesture for the ecology. To be seen in use.

The charcoal does the job, just that out of the 3 pieces there is one so small that it doesn't really work...

Only 4 days of use and a big part of the carbon broke. Moreover, there are a lot of particles that come off, and not small ones! Moreover, I find that they don't filter that well, the bad taste of the water is still there after 4 hours of filtration when it's supposed to be the optimal time (it dissipates by leaving it longer).It's not the first time that I use Binchotan, but it's the first time that I buy them and I'm not very satisfied. I will not repeat my purchase from this company even if the eco-responsible side had pleased and convinced me at the beginning.
