Everything went well.

Good quality device, well thought out. Once I put too much water, pouring too much water, not seeing the level well (no gauge). Details to add to the manual: 2 caps needed, 1 extra and cartridges each containing its washers and butterfly screws for fixing.

Very good water filtration solution, however the absence of a gauge on the 5.6l device is not very practical as it means we don't always know where we stand in managing the filtered water reservoir.

The package arrived in good condition, and on time. I have known bamboo charcoal for a long time and find them effective, especially regarding the improvement of tap water taste (no more chlorine smell).

Hello, The level is invisible, even with a light it is really dark. Otherwise, I am really satisfied with this product. No more small filtering carafe to fill every 5 minutes.. The water reserve now allows me to use it for cooking pasta..

Delivery was fast. I am satisfied with the filter, the quality of the water has considerably improved. However, the tap does not seem very sturdy. You have to hold it with one hand to open it with the other, and it slightly leaks around the washers which are well tightened. I think this detail needs to be reviewed for the filter to be perfect.

The activated charcoal stick arrived all crumbled and I don't find that it changes the taste of the water. We'll see if it's because it's the beginning…

Really perfect, the water no longer tastes like bleach, it's very pleasant.

The water purifier works very well, however there is still a stability defect. One of the four legs is too short by 5mm. The black plastic is welded on it so it is not adjustable. This is the second one I buy that has the same defect. Fortunately, I don't need the support. For children, it can be dangerous for a machine of this unstable height.

The binchotan charcoal seems to do the job, however, it is quite cumbersome to use. Drying the charcoal between uses and filtration duration of 4 to 8 hours. For me, it's 8 hours for optimal filtration and that is very cumbersome.

Simple and clear

The filtration system itself seems good, the water tastes good and the filtration is done at a much faster rate than I thought I understood. However, there are two things I regret: At the end of the assembly, we noticed a small bump in the bottom tank even though we did not drop either the package or the tank, but we cannot prove that it was there before because we did not pay attention. Secondly, the filters do not sit straight in the top tank, they are wobbly; we thought we had tightened them properly so we assume it must be like that originally, but we find that it does not look very sophisticated. For us, these filters should stand straight. So a bit disappointed, which explains the rating.

This is not the first purchase made on Orinko. This time I only give 4 stars because of a delivery delay that forced me to change my schedule and secondly a problem with the assembly plan requires a revision. The lid handle is delivered with two washers, one in stainless steel and the second in silicone. Impossible to know the assembly direction, and total incompatibility regardless of the attempts? Otherwise, great product. I am serious.
