The carrier made a mistake with the delivery address and we had to pick up the package from another merchant even though we were open....not serious on the part of the carrier when the address was clearly indicated on the package label. A reprimand.....

To start, the products seem to be of good quality (we'll see when used) the prices are interesting so I say don't hesitate on this point.
However, for the delivery system when ordering several cartons, it's average.
The site only allows the choice of the relay point and the relay points refuse them (too big apparently in my case).
I wanted to order more cartons because the site module offers free shipping from a certain number, but then the site blocks if we go for free shipping (strange).
I think that 1 carton causes no issues.
So I use quite a few products, but if the delivery is faulty every time, I worry a bit.
It's a shame because I find the products quite good so it would be nice to review the delivery solutions and offer free shipping when ordering around 200 or 300 euros of goods.

As a professional, you have the option to have your order delivered directly to your store or laboratory without weight or product limits. This allows you to place only one order and pay shipping costs only once.
You also have access like individuals to delivery at a relay point with a maximum of 18kg. This limit is in place because relay points regularly refuse packages that are too heavy and/or bulky.

big problem with the delivery. I had to call the delivery person several times. I was finally told that due to a technical problem!!! my package was damaged. I call Packeos who asks me to renew my order. I request a commercial gesture and I am still waiting....... really unhappy with the delivery and commercial service (which only bears its name)

Unfortunately, we are dependent on the carrier regarding delivery. Only you can choose the pickup point, which is why you must have placed a new order. The payment cancellation was made a few minutes after the order was created. As promised by phone, the refund of the shipping costs for your previous order as a goodwill gesture was made on the afternoon of the same day, that is to say, December 5th. The refund should normally appear in your bank account. The proof of the refund was sent to you by email following your response on the 5th at 1:55 PM.
