Hello,
We have set a weight limit of 18kg for individuals because the relay points refuse parcels that are too heavy or too bulky. If you have the possibility to have it delivered to an address easily accessible for a carrier, we can deliver there. In this case, you will no longer have a weight limit or product limit.

The site has fewer references than before. The visibility for delivery times is poor and finally the shipping costs are sometimes excessive.

We regularly add new products to our site such as kraft SOS bags, or black or white folded boxes. I invite you to get back to us via chat or email to let us know your food packaging needs.
As for delivery times, they are 2 to 4 days for orders under 22kg and an average of 3 to 5 days for orders over 22kg.

Delivery for individuals is done through a network of pickup points. The maximum weight accepted by the pickup points is 18kg.
If you have a business or an establishment with a brand, we can switch your account to professional. In that case, you have no weight limit.
