I specified the delivery to a parcel shop listed on the shop's website. However, the delivery could not be made there or at a replacement location, allegedly. Both notifications occurred simultaneously. Unfortunately, I only saw the bad reviews of Chronopost afterwards. Anyone who still works with such a service provider obviously has no interest in customers ever ordering from them again. I have rarely had worse experiences than with this order.
