I specified the delivery to a parcel shop listed on the shop's website. However, the delivery could not be made there or at a replacement location, allegedly. Both notifications occurred simultaneously. Unfortunately, I only saw the bad reviews of Chronopost afterwards. Anyone who still works with such a service provider obviously has no interest in customers ever ordering from them again. I have rarely had worse experiences than with this order. Even one star is too much, unfortunately, there is no less! Never again!

They sent me the wrong rocket. For a week now, they've been texting me every day at 4pm saying they sent me a label to return it. Yeah, but there's no label. And I text them that there's no label, and the next day they text me again that they sent it to me.
If the size is not right, you have to pay for shipping costs yourself.

Ordered an Adidas METALBONE hrd 2025 paddle. If I hadn't asked when it would be shipped, I wouldn't have known that it was no longer available and they wanted to provide an Adidas metalbone 2025 paddle and a free shirt. I wrote several times that I was not interested asking for a refund of the first installment.
I ordered the Adidas crazyquick boost and they sent me a different, much cheaper model. I asked to return the shoes and send me the correct model, but after almost 2 weeks of waiting, they do not respond. Terrible experience. Scandalous and poor customer service.

The order arrived too late. It took more than a week. UPS was not the carrier, the appointment was postponed several times.
I need to send back parts of my delivery but I am not getting any feedback on how to start this process.
When you buy a racket advertised at 355g and it's actually 374g. I wanted this snowshoe to be more maneuverable, but it's not. On the other hand, it has excellent vibration absorption.

Brands announce weights for their rackets that can vary +/- 10 grams.

I have not received any response to my declaration of withdrawal! I have written to Padel-Reference several times because I want to return an item!
Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail. After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm disappointed with the site.

I have not received my package yet
I ordered a padel racket that I wanted to return. Unfortunately, I received no reply to my numerous return requests and in the end had to keep the racket. One star for the speed of shipment.
I paid for express delivery between 24/48h and I didn't receive the parcel until after 72h, and on contacting the after-sales service I received no reply and I think the message wasn't even received by the after-sales service because of a computer bug on the site. Bad shopping experience

Indeed, brands sometimes ask you to return damaged rackets. If they deem it to be a manufacturing defect, they will send you a new racquet as a replacement.
