Hello, satisfied with my last order, where I was delivered quickly and it meets my needs. Not having had the opportunity to do so, I take this message to convey a remark of dissatisfaction regarding my previous order concerning two Bullpadel Vertex rackets. I was surprised and disappointed that these two rackets were delivered in bubble wrap and without a racket cover, unlike my equivalent order from one of your competitors last year. Great! 2 pieces of adidas metalbone 3.4 padel rackets ordered and some tubes of balls. There was a mistake with the number of tubes, but no fuss and they were correctly sent afterwards. I would definitely order here again!
