This is the best shopping site I have seen. Easy, clear, neat, and streamlined. I was perplexed at first because of online scams. But in the end, I am delighted. The advice, the promotions, online shopping, fast shipping. Kudos to you because when it's bad we say it, but when it's excellent, it should be known.

I purchased a racket from this store. The shipping was smooth and without any issues. Unfortunately, the racket cracked after the very first game, and I also noticed that its weight was unusually high—419 g, which is much more than expected. When I reported these problems, customer support informed me that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer regarding the crack. However, for the weight issue, I was initially told it was impossible. After I provided video proof, I stopped receiving replies. I have not received any information about whether this matter is being investigated or if any process has been started. It has now been almost two months without any update or proposed solution. In my opinion, when a product is defective, the seller should resolve the issue directly with the customer and then follow up with the manufacturer afterward.
