Ordering and paying on the website was just good as it needs to be, but the shipping with DPD was a mess. The offered pick up point was no longer available, the package was send to a pick up point, but nobody told me so, and just cause I call the customer service they told me so, when I arrived to the pick point the person wasn't able to identify the package, because the track numbers were mismatched. Finally after looking at all the boxes, we founded a box with my name, overall a very poor shipping experience

Order did not arrive within 48 hours despite paying for express delivery. Goods were also not delivered to the address, but to a package shop.
Good costumer support
Overall, I am completely satisfied with Padel Reference. The wide selection including attractive offers as well as the possibilities of bonus goals (Team PadelRef) I find particularly successful and a real, appreciative form of customer loyalty. It is also worth mentioning the evaluation and resulting classification of the Padel rackets, which helps enormously in finding the right racket.
