Order placed and paid for but the snowshoe was out of stock. I received two emails in a row telling me that the snowshoe was out of stock and then one telling me that my parcel had been dispatched... nothing to understand. I was reimbursed but I didn't get the gift in time for my partner's 30th birthday. Too bad...
I didn't receive my order after more than 10 days, even though the website said I'd receive it in 2-3 days. I was therefore unable to play my tournament with my racket.

I ordered a pro staff v2 racket and received a pro staff tour. I only noticed it after I had unpacked the racket and put the overgrip on. Lack of professionalism
