Dear Victor, I am writing to follow up on my previous messages, as I have already responded to your email and contacted your support several times—both via email and through your website—without receiving any proper assistance or resolution. Due to the delivery issue caused by your carrier, I was unable to receive the parcel, and despite my attempts to communicate this, I received no effective help. I find this level of service highly disappointing. Given that the product was returned to your warehouse and I no longer wish to proceed with the order, I hereby request a full refund of the purchase amount. In accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, I am granting you a 14-day deadline from the date of this email—until November 24, 2025—to process and return the full payment to the original payment method. Should this deadline pass without refund, I will have to consider further steps to enforce my consumer rights. Ordered an Adidas METALBONE hrd 2025 paddle. If I hadn't asked when it would be shipped, I wouldn't have known that it was no longer available and they wanted to provide an Adidas metalbone 2025 paddle and a free shirt. I wrote several times that I was not interested asking for a refund of the first installment.

Hello, satisfied with my last order, where I was delivered quickly and it meets my needs. Not having had the opportunity to do so, I take this message to convey a remark of dissatisfaction regarding my previous order concerning two Bullpadel Vertex rackets. I was surprised and disappointed that these two rackets were delivered in bubble wrap and without a racket cover, unlike my equivalent order from one of your competitors last year.
