The packaging was very weak. The parcel was damaged, which caused a delay. but in the end i received the same damaged parcel. parcels should be better packed. visually, everything went well with the racket, i hope there won't be any surprises in the future. the manager was in contact, thank you.

I didn't receive my order after more than 10 days, even though the website said I'd receive it in 2-3 days. I was therefore unable to play my tournament with my racket.
