Padel Reference lived up to my expectations, but the delivery service was catastrophic: I had paid for express home delivery, only to have my parcel delivered 48 hours late, and then dropped off at a relay point too far from my home.
We are delighted that our services met your expectations. However, we are sorry to hear that your experience with the express delivery service was disappointing.
Unfortunately, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot influence delivery times, which can sometimes be longer than expected.
