They sent me a new racket. The new racket was received on Wednesday 18.10.2023. I unpacked it from its box, the racket is magnificent and has no manufacturing defects. This online store will only make new customers, too bad it's not highlighted in the search engines. I've bookmarked it, a great discovery! Padel Thermo Bag (Babolat) As a new customer, this is the second time I've ordered from this online store. I ordered this bag on 3/10/2023, received it on 9/10/203. (Belgium) This Thermo bag is magnificent, of very good quality with several compartments. You can put 4 rackets with a few balls and drinks in the cooler. The positive point: the order tracking, the price, the quality of the product. Negative point: delivery time I also wanted to mention that my first order was the purchase of a new Babolat Technical Viper 2023 racket on 29/09/23. Unfortunately, this high-end racket has a manufacturing defect. At the moment, Padel Référence is making the necessary arrangements, awaiting a reply from them. I'll give you my final opinion once I've sorted out the problem, but I think everything will be back to normal in the next few days. That's why I put ?? ?? ?? for now. I have no doubt that this online store will only make new customers!
