Hello, all the actual sizes of our medals are marked in the product description. The medal that was sent is exactly the same as the one in the photo. We have to zoom in on the medals so that you can see all the details. That's why we write down the sizes of the medals, so you won't be surprised when they're delivered. Hello, I think you're talking about our cloth masks. The price set by the state from 1 to 3 is only applicable to disposable surgical masks. The mask we sell is made of fabric. What's more, it has an antibacterial treatment, which explains its price of 15. What's more, our mask is guaranteed for 50 uses, i.e. 15/50 = 0.30 per use, making it less expensive than a disposable mask. Finally, we donate 1 for every mask sold to the Sanctuaries of Lourdes to support their work. We pay close attention to French legislation. Our aim is not to rip off believers, but simply to offer people who are already believers the opportunity to buy symbols of their faith.

My parcel was wrapped in thousands of plastic petals...shocking and sad...Unfortunately, we have learned nothing from our mistakes...a real shame...especially for our planet...

To ensure that you receive your items in good condition, we have no choice but to fill our parcels with petals or air cushions. The delivery times mentioned (48 to 72 hours) were not respected despite a dispatch notice on the same day (parcel received 8 days after the order). I was therefore unable to have the rosary blessed or to place it in my wife's coffin.

Hello Romain, we're sorry your rosary didn't arrive. The 48-72H delivery time mentioned is only for Colissimo. You had selected Mondial Relay, which has a delivery time of more than 6 days (it is notified on our site when you select the delivery method).
