I am very satisfied with my orders. After an experience having generated doubts with another commercial site of Lourdes, I was rather satisfied with this commercial site.But I contacted the information department of the Lourdes sanctuary, who told me that it was forbidden to sell water from lourdes (since the apparitions), and that I had to check that the merchant site "le palais du Rosaire" really depended on the lourdes store "le Palais du Rosaire". So I have doubts about the Lourdes water I bought, I don't know if it really comes from the grotto.

Hello Eliane, I can confirm that the Palais du Rosaire website does indeed depend on our Lourdes stores, and we have a page dedicated to our history on the website. Concerning the Lourdes water: We only charge the porter, i.e. the person who goes to the grotto to collect the water, the collection usually takes 30min as the sanctuaries are only accessible on foot.
