I'm not satisfied with the product: on the one hand, because the rosary has more than 10 "balls" and the cross and the "medal" of the Virgin have come off and I've lost them. The quality of the product is unsatisfactory.

I'm very happy with my order, with just one small problem. I find that the medal of the bracelet dizainier is smaller than on the photo and I did not have a gift in my order as was specified on the site.

Hello, I'm completely satisfied with what I received, plus a little souvenir from Lourdes that really touched me. The only drawback was that the parcel, marked fragile, was open on one side, but fortunately nothing was missing and everything was intact. I wish the delivery company would be more careful.

I bought a novena and the plastic to burn because the wick was not in the center of the pot. I sent a photo and instead of offering a refund or sending another novena, I was offered a voucher for the next order. Do I want to place another order now, knowing that my house could have caught fire?
