My parcel was wrapped in thousands of plastic petals...shocking and sad...Unfortunately, we have learned nothing from our mistakes...a real shame...especially for our planet...

Hello Mrs Fauquier, the petals you received in your parcel are made of corn starch and are recyclable. To ensure that you receive your items in good condition, we have no choice but to fill our parcels with petals or air cushions. We are attentive to respect for the environment and we regularly study new packaging solutions that are more ecological and economical. Have a nice day!

Having been a hospitalier for 30 years I've always loved the Rosary Palace and the staff have always been friendly even though we can't come on pilgrimage this year I've really appreciated being able to order what I want and thank you for the chocolate gift I love it. Have a nice day.
