Hello, the products are OK. But the delivery is very deficient: two changes of relay then sends back to the sender without informing me. Fortunately the reforwarding was effective less than four days... A big effort business on behalf of mondiales relais with which I had several incidents of this kind for relatively heavy deliveries on Paris, including one simultaneous with yours. very good site, but poor packaging.the box containing the whitening salt product was opened during the journey and all the powder spilled into the package....in addition the woman who runs the parcel relay made some nice remarks to me!!!!!!! as if it was my fault, the cardboard box, the lid rather did not close. would be better a non-organic packaging ... with screwed lid. much less inconvenience and product at home.... because I bought this product for nothing.

I'm not satisfied with the order process, I haven't received a refund cheque for a missing product and the prices are very expensive. I have this type of product locally in Montmorillon without feeling obliged to order too much so as not to pay shipping costs. In the end, it's not a saving for me.
