A site to die laughing. The order service shipped my package to a relay point 800 kilometers away from my home, despite my address being correctly filled in my details. When I contacted the site, their service replied that they no longer had the item in stock and now I just have to wait for the return of the package to them so they can finally ship it to me. An obvious lack of professionalism.

I give 1 star to the person in the store who called me back following my voice message.
I received my order 15 days later, I was not notified of the delay and I am waiting for a return from customer service following my written complaint by e-mail.
In short, 6 days later, no return from customer service and I'm still waiting!!!!

For my first order, it's not ideal. No sooner had I ordered and paid than I got a message "in restocking" After more than 15 days without any news, I called. They didn't give me any precise information about the problem, so I asked for an update in return. 2 days later, delivery was triggered, still with no explanation... OK for delivery. OK for the delivery, but it doesn't really make you want it. Time will tell if it's better, but it's abnormal to pay when the product isn't available.

Bad experience. I ordered 5 products to amortize the shipping costs and in the end I received only 2. I would have liked to have been warned beforehand and to have been able to cancel my order because paying the shipping costs for 9.70€ of products was not what I had planned. I absolutely do not recommend this site.
