For this order I am very disappointed. I just received the product and surprise the expiration date of the product is 06/2018, we are in November 2018. What can I do? Product expired 6 months ago !!!!!! I'm going to call them tomorrow as of tomorrow and see with them what they're going to offer me.......Waste of time, waste of money............................

At the time of purchase, the delivery time indicated was 72H and my parcel took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I'm glad it wasn't important, because how would I have managed if it was a very important parcel! It's not the fact that the delivery took so long that bothers me, but the fact that the time limit was not respected. What's more, my requests for a commercial gesture have gone unanswered. Order delivered 2 weeks after online order, due to stock shortage of certain items, without being notified by e-mail or telephone. I found out the reason for the delay in delivery by calling customer service. On receipt, one item was still missing, but I wasn't charged for it. On the other hand, the packaging was meticulous and the products conformed to the order, and customer service was available and attentive.
