I never received my order, after nearly 1 month they tell me it's because I had not given my exact address while if, meanwhile no contact with them, do not answer the tel ... in short to flee!!!
At the time of purchase, the delivery time indicated was 72H and my parcel took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I'm glad it wasn't important, because how would I have managed if it was a very important parcel! It's not the fact that the delivery took so long that bothers me, but the fact that the time limit was not respected. What's more, my requests for a commercial gesture have gone unanswered. I will never order from this site again.
Very bad product out of date
Order placed on May 18th and only received on June 1st after a reminder (very disappointing as the order was intended to be delivered to my vacation destination and therefore arrived when I had already left).
Good site but I received expired capsules!!!! I will not recommend!!!

The delivery man couldn't find my address and sent the parcel to a platform in Toulouse...I live in the Grenoble area...look for the mistake...This is the 1st time this has happened...

The two products referenced 5610191 have too short a shelf life (March 2018). Consequently, I would be grateful if you could tell me how to return them to you.

Delivery delay without prior communication. Order placed on Monday 03 April and still nothing received and I don't know how much longer it will take despite calls and messages.
