An order placed and debited immediately, several weeks of waiting where in the end, they thought they had received no payment. Parcel received recently: 1 item, the most important for me, is missing. With a refund cheque. No email beforehand to let me know. What's more, having gone through a cash back site where the brand was present, my cash was refused.
