Good site but delivery a bit long

Order returned due to damaged packaging with a strong wet trace, certainly from the product ordered

Average I received 1 sample of tea and I find that desolate and petty as nothing to put
I ordered chocolate from the site in 100 gram tablets and received 70 gram tablets. So not satisfied I find that the site that I did not know lacked seriousness.
The courier refused to go upstairs (even though there is an elevator in the building) and was not polite or friendly. Poor delivery service.

Very poor order tracking
Hello, the products are OK. But the delivery is very deficient: two changes of relay then sends back to the sender without informing me. Fortunately the reforwarding was effective less than four days... A big effort business on behalf of mondiales relais with which I had several incidents of this kind for relatively heavy deliveries on Paris, including one simultaneous with yours. I have nothing but praise for the speed and efficiency with which my order was dispatched! My mixed opinion concerns the products... in this case, the difficulty of evaluating colors on the Internet... The eyeshadow shade is darker than I expected, which doesn't suit me, and as for the color of the "lip contour" duo, it's lackluster, whereas I thought it was quite bright.
Rather late shipment and incomplete order (I was reimbursed for the missing items)
Order delivered 2 weeks after online order, due to stock shortage of certain items, without being notified by e-mail or telephone. I found out the reason for the delay in delivery by calling customer service. On receipt, one item was still missing, but I wasn't charged for it. On the other hand, the packaging was meticulous and the products conformed to the order, and customer service was available and attentive.
The organic micellar water cap was broken and held by an adhesive. So it was sent as is. So far, I've had no problems. But I'm generally satisfied with ParaNatura Bio's service.

The order arrived at the relay since 31/01/2017 I was not planned neither park email nor by SMS I passed by chance to the relay I find the parcel. Cordially
I am dissatisfied with the delivery because the chosen relay was not respected.
We'd like to be notified by sms when the parcel arrives at the relay point. A little extra would be a financial gesture, even a small sum or free postage would be a real plus and would build customer loyalty.
Good for the order, shameful for the delivery: I had requested delivery at a pick-up point. The post office came on the only day the store was closed and took the initiative, without asking my opinion, to drop off my parcel at another store. The result: my parcel was available a week after my order, at a pick-up point whose opening hours didn't suit me, and which was located in a pedestrian zone (ideal for collecting bulky parcels!) Thank you, post office!

It is difficult to find the products you want, the ordering site should be improved
Some products were out of date
Insufficient stock. I was only able to order 4 jars.
For a site that claims to be organic, I think there's still a lot of work to be done to achieve an ecological approach. I ordered a toothpick, a 2nd one is free. OK. The tubes are packaged in cardboard (from the brand) themselves packaged in paper, and delivered in another box! what superfluous packaging for a simple toothpaste! On top of that, the site has taken care to slip into the box not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 booklets/flyers of ads for products I absolutely do not need!In short, it's hard to believe that these people are ecologists.
Product conforms but delivery a little long
Site and payment complicated , We finally get there but forced to pay by check! Fast delivery upon receipt of check .
Out of 5 jars of organic almond purée ordered, 2 were broken. Why block the quantity to be ordered at 5 when with 6 jars, the almond puree producer's cardboard box could have been reused and the jars could have arrived in good condition!
