I took off one star, because, for 1 small flat box, 2 pencils and 1 small 20ml bottle...I was expecting a very small box...noon, a rather large volume and 4 huge layers of paper to hold it all together...not very eco-friendly at all......think about reviewing the shipments

Having paid by bank transfer on the day of my order, the products ordered were out of stock and I had to wait for my items to be restocked. Otherwise, the items were in order and well packaged.
