At the time of purchase, the delivery time indicated was 72H and my parcel took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I'm glad it wasn't important, because how would I have managed if it was a very important parcel! It's not the fact that the delivery took so long that bothers me, but the fact that the time limit was not respected. What's more, my requests for a commercial gesture have gone unanswered. I will never order from this site again.
I've been a customer for several years and I'm more than satisfied with this site. If you call for information, you're always warmly welcomed and the staff are lovely. I wouldn't change for an empire, a mutual trust has been established, I know that with Paranatura I'll always be well served.

The paranatura bio website has become the benchmark for my mail-order purchases (very responsive order processing and dispatch, top-notch customer service)... I can find most of the organic products I'm looking for and use, and they're always of very high quality. The only small complaint I have is the lack of a bulk grocery section, where you could find products in larger, less expensive packaging (e.g. 3kg bags of rice, etc.). I highly recommend Paranatura bio.
