Fast delivery, but I'm sorry there's so little stock, I've only been able to order 3 boxes, although I'd like to order more each time to optimize delivery costs. To get more, you have to place an order by phone, which may take longer.

The paranatura bio website has become the benchmark for my mail-order purchases (very responsive order processing and dispatch, top-notch customer service)... I can find most of the organic products I'm looking for and use, and they're always of very high quality. The only small complaint I have is the lack of a bulk grocery section, where you could find products in larger, less expensive packaging (e.g. 3kg bags of rice, etc.). I highly recommend Paranatura bio.

Excellent products except that I have 2 gluten-free products and 2 where it doesn't say gluten-free, so I deduce that it's with gluten. When I ordered I thought it was all gluten-free. So I'm disappointed. I didn't notice it right away. You could have informed me of this detail by e-mail! You should know that if I took gluten-free it's because I'm intolerant to gluten and therefore won't be able to eat the other 2 products. I'll try to find the equivalent elsewhere.

Nothing to say about the order and the quality of the product received. However, the delivery still needs to be improved. At no time was I informed that the parcel was waiting for me at the parcel post (neither by email nor sms).
