Third delivery without being informed that the parcel had arrived at the relay point. No improvement.

Order arrived safely! Thank you Paranatura! I recommend it! However, you should specify on your site, for reception at a relay point, a period of days to wait after shipment of the package. As I had not received any confirmation of receipt of my parcel, I went to the relay point on August 13 to check (I had read in my account that you had sent the parcel on 08 but then no message to inform me that it had arrived).

I am satisfied with the delivery time, but the products were not "wedged" in the boxes and were barely protected. For example, some soaps arrived damaged. What's more, all the products were covered in a gritty, sand-like dust. I had to clean each package upon receipt, which is neither presentable nor pleasant. The preparation of my first order from ParaNatura, a few months ago, seemed more serious.
