While we enjoyed the crisis itself, we thought the service was very haphazard with tables receiving drinks and food well before others receiving butter for our bread rolls well after we had eaten the rolls and we were a table of 3 adults and only had one bottle of wine to share with no extra offered or available while tables of 2 also had a bottle! Disappointing.

Beautiful walk on the Seine, what is just unfortunate are the loudspeakers that never stop in all languages while a QR code is offered for the guided tour, which is really a shame

A beautiful evening with family. A good meal. I know you are not to blame, but with the heat, the air conditioning wasn't working, the meal was less delicious. Too bad.

We bought tickets for the same day. Upon arrival, there was a queue of 300 people. It was not possible to get through, yet when purchasing the ticket, it was mentioned that there was a fast track.

A disaster? I will indeed make a complaint, it's a commented cruise that I booked with my class. The comments were totally inaudible, from start to finish, and moreover, other classes present were running everywhere, screaming every time we passed under a bridge without anyone from the team intervening. Therefore, I will request at least a partial refund.

It's a shame to have been polluted by dozens of very, very noisy school children from Paris, which completely spoiled the enjoyment of this experience.

The organization and staff were very nice but it was forbidden to take photos in certain key areas. A bit disappointed.

Hello, you were not precise enough on how to get the tickets regarding the kiosk, pillar is ....and 30 minutes late for the restaurant... It was scheduled for 1:30 PM and the restaurant took us at 2 PM... they rushed the meal at an extreme speed. We won't do it again... regards

Very noisy, quite long to be served. The appetizer was served at the same time as the starter, I had to ask for the wine, I think there was a lack of staff.

This Seine River cruise was one of the worst experiences of our trip to Paris. We had to wait in line for more than two hours before boarding. The crowd management was terrible, and people were pushing aggressively just before we got on the boat. At one point, my 5-year-old child was almost crushed in the crowd, which was very frightening. The boat itself was outdated and poorly maintained, with broken chairs and worn facilities. Overall, the experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone. There are much better ways to enjoy Paris than spending hours in a chaotic queue for a disappointing boat ride. Very good experience but a bit monotonous a bit too long

The team is welcoming, the schedules are respected. On the school trip, it was great! Except for about ten tourists standing with umbrellas that prevent the seated children from seeing the panorama. Would do it again.

The cruise on the Seine was disappointing. Almost no explanation and very little information on how to access the audioguide. Very, very disappointing.

You must pay close attention to the port address on the confirmation, as depending on the boat, the port changes and is more than 1 km away. Traveling on the Seine lived up to all its promises: going during the day, returning at night, many visible monuments. However, the so-called "gourmet" meal was very average: overcooked meat, 4 tasteless steamed carrots, a Bordeaux at €5 a bottle, and the desserts were not defrosted at the time of service.

While waiting to board the boat Saturday evening at 21:30 in the rain, pick pockets stole my passport that I was carrying in a man bag behind zippers. I missed my flight home today, because of it.

A very good service with very pleasant servers, the meal was quite good, the only downside is the restrooms which are very very dirty (too bad)

We booked a Valentines Seine Cruise to be told that the boarding port had changed due to flooding. When we finally got there we were then told that the boat wouldn't be leaving the port but the dinner would still be served. We were told there would be a partial refund for this inconvenience. We never got the refund... It was disappointing to see other boats passing along the river while our Valentines cruise was stationary... Food was just ok.

We did not do the activity due to a prefectural decree, you refused to refund the tickets on the grounds that they are valid for two years, thank you Paris in one click.

I still have not recovered the amount of my tickets for the Seine cruise that was canceled on February 24.

Ridiculous. You only take reservations, knowing full well that thousands of people will take these sightseeing boats. It's theft. Disgusting way.

Valentine's Day meal of good quality but I regret the lack of space with the folding tables and the chairs being very close to each other. Not comfortable to eat or even move, it's a shame. No cloakroom to keep our coats which would free up space, especially since we were not very comfortable. The team is welcoming and friendly in general. The Seine had risen so the circuit in Paris was not possible due to the height of the boat and the height of the bridges. Another circuit proposed towards the musical scene: we were informed of this before boarding with the possibility of postponing the cruise only. An email in advance to warn, especially for those who came from afar like us, would have been appreciated and the possibility to cancel the service with a full refund as well, because we had clearly paid for a service that we did not receive in full. It's easy to put people in a fait accompli! What about tourists who cannot reschedule for example? I had booked a cruise for my daughter's 24th birthday with another provider (VIP option) and there is no comparison: she was alone at her table, a "normal" table and comfortable. This cruise was correct but the conditions resembled what can be done "chain style" like fast food or medical centers. Also, the dress code for the event was not respected at all, there were sneakers here and there, in short! I give 3 stars because we ate well and the staff was nice otherwise I was rather disappointed.

Very disappointing welcome. Food of poor quality and not well cooked. Furthermore, we were subject to the cancellation of the cruise tour of all the monuments due to the Seine being too high; to remedy this, they gave us two boat tickets valid for 2 years to redo the tour of the monuments, knowing that it would no longer be a cruise but a simple "visit" tour, without giving us the choice to obtain a partial refund due to this cancellation. Given the price I paid (460€), I expected much better.

Not worth the money. The food was average, bland tasting and only 2 choices. Not enough staff to service the guests. Overpriced. If you want a better experience choose one of the other companies.

A beautiful visit of the most beautiful monuments of Paris seen from the Seine. We regret the quality of the sound, no explanation could be understood.
