Hello, Very poor organization to attend the fireworks on the Champs Elysées. We arrived at 9 PM at gate 6 where we had a first security check, which we totally approve. Then we got in a queue where we waited very disciplined, after an officer told us that it was the only way to enter the Champs Elysées site for a second check. We waited for 2 hours!!! Mainly with foreign tourists (South Korea, Brazil...) who were also very respectful of the rules while people were easily cutting in line from the right or left without being turned away by the overwhelmed law enforcement. When we found ourselves a few meters from the entrance of gate 6, finally!!!! They closed the barriers telling us that the public limit had been reached, that no one would enter anymore and that we had to go to gate 13 that is to say to Concorde to try to enter.... We traveled more than 500 km (from St Étienne) to have a New Year's Eve that we hoped would be unforgettable, but I can only imagine the disappointment of tourists coming from much further away. Very poor organization in advance to manage the flows, unnecessary waiting on our part, to not see the expected show. Score 0/20!!!! Sincerely. Mrs. and Mr. Poncet

Very disappointed upon arrival we were supposedly (9) a children's meal so one place which meant we had to be on the boat that was not going to navigate the Seine being high it could not because too high to pass under the bridges what a disappointment for the children it was their Christmas gift to stay on board...... after having a heated discussion we finally managed to find a table on another ship and it was sailing but when we reserve for 9 why are we told impossible you are only 8 when I have indeed reserved and paid for 8 adults and 1 meal for under 12 it's the second year we do this it leaves us to think and to recommend around us I put 3 stars for this incident

Hello, I am getting back to you to report the problems we encountered. We did not have the correct address of the restaurant; there were only 25 seats downstairs and the rest of the seats upstairs and there were not enough glasses; the restaurants; we poured the wine into cardboard glasses. Same for the small spoons. The meal was served very quickly. Awaiting a response; have a nice day, Madame Million Valerie, member of SHISEIDO ORMES.

Was super loud engine and vibration of all the boat going for the first 45 minutes at least. Reflections in the window and lights having inside were not helpful to see the outside views. Would not recommend to my friends and family this experience. Was disappointing. Was expecting more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The people who take care of the organization in advance are very nice, however, arriving 'for the cruise lunch' it was chaos. Waiting on the sidewalks, indifference from the staff, not really considering the demands imposed on us clients, I expected a bit of welcome and respect for the instructions that were imposed on us.

I had to organize an outing for 47 people. There were 2 moments: The first: the organization part. And 5/5!!! The commercial/relational part by email was great. Attentive and very responsive. Then the walk: 1/5. Bitter and unfriendly staff. Moreover, the audio comments are inaudible. In the digital age, it's really a shame!!! What image do we give to tourists??? Anyway, it's time to modernize

The theater play: excellent Meal: simple but good Restaurant: Catastrophic!! Quick meal, we barely had time to finish our plate before it was taken away. There was a private evening starting at 7:30 PM: about 80 people arrived in 15 minutes, chatting and laughing in the aisles of our tables, and bumping into people who were eating. Some didn't even finish their meal and left the restaurant for good. A shame

I'm sure it must be great originally, but I have to say I was unlucky, ended up with 3 buses of kids who screamed at every bridge and I absolutely couldn't hear the explanations of the guided tour and therefore couldn't appreciate this little cruise as it deserved. Too bad :-(

Nice walk. However, a horrible engine smell throughout the trip. One thinks it must be very polluting!

Unintelligible comments while being up high. The sound was not loud enough at all. Otherwise, a nice cruise to discover some Parisian monuments.

Very nice ride but impossible to hear the comments 900 people it would be necessary to increase the volume

Good food. View from the boat too. The crew left much to be desired. While the other tables already had wine and appetizers, mine did not and it did not seem like they would bring any. I called the waiter, he came to me and said that in Europe you cannot raise your hand to call them. I knew that very well, but in Europe, can they leave a couple's table empty who paid 430 euros for dinner?

I cannot give more. The boat hit a bridge pillar which caused the glass bay above our table to shatter during our meal, a rain of glass debris fell on us. We are still waiting for an apology from management and perhaps compensation for an evening that was supposed to be magical and unfortunately was greatly spoiled.

The play was very good. But the service at the restaurant was not very satisfactory. Ready to discuss it in person

Upon arrival, we just asked if our 82-year-old mother could go through a special access, the young employee with long hair and glasses responded to me like a dog even though my question was phrased very politely! So young lady, if you work in customer relations, the least you can do is to be polite too instead of being aggressive as she was! Disgraceful! In the future, I will choose another booking site for my next visit!

Quiet nice boat tour, but not interesting if you cannot be on the top of the boat.

Nice cruise, but it would be better to give headphones for the guide instead of listening all the time to someone talking in a foreign language.

Hello, I would have liked to give a better rating to this service but we could not appreciate the views of Paris. We were seated but many people stood in front of us preventing us from seeing. What's the point of having seats then? It's a shame.

Way too much waiting. The audio texts are not updated, it's a shame to only talk about the old history and not the more recent one. I was disappointed not to pass in front of Notre Dame.

After waiting a good half hour, we finally validate our tickets at the counter. We opted for a visit on Friday as departures were every half hour. We received no information that departures were actually every 45 minutes due to boat issues. We were with children so the wait was too long and we had to leave the queue. Unacceptable not to receive information in advance. We expect a gesture from the company that made us lose our time and money.

Completely ruined with the Charles de Gaulle metro station closed and the Champs Elysées closed for May 8th, we could not make it to the meeting. There's no point in organizing these events on a public holiday. Really disappointed and money wasted with no possibility of a refund. I especially advise against it since the reservation can be made directly at the Eiffel Tower.

Hello, we did not see the Île de la Cité and Notre Dame! Yet it was on the program....

Unhappy 39€ for a high chair for my 10-month-old grandson and the photographer who spills a glass and does not inform the waiter to change the tablecloth and napkins

You cannot get a refund even when canceling many days in advance! A nice scam! Be careful with the fine print when you book because it is marked 'non-refundable' in small. I find it borderline! I strongly advise against this site. Moreover, I received an email asking how my service went when I couldn't even attend and they knew it! Who are they mocking... us apparently. Best regards

Too bad the boat turns back before the island of the city and the island of St. Louis. The comments are a bit superficial…

We turned back in the middle of the trip, and could not see the advertised monuments: Notre Dame Cathedral in particular, without any explanation. The students were disappointed.

The meal served was not gourmet as indicated on the site, moreover on the menu, it is specified that half a bottle of wine and water per person, as well as coffee are included in the menu, however we had to pay for all the drinks and after payment, return the bill for these drinks.

Hello, Moderately satisfied because we learned that when we were present the planned route could not be done due to the rising waters so no monuments... The meal with the service was perfect.

Disappointing walk because the route was limited and places on the platform were prohibited. Even if the level of the Seine is certainly the cause, it would have been commercial to warn us and reduce the ticket price, for example.

Location changed and no map was provided. Cab driver dropped me off in wrong location and the office was NOT helpful. Will never use again.

We were disappointed because we had requested to be on an open boat at the back like the "Jean Bruel" with 2 tables of 8 near the windows. We were on the "Zouave" quite enclosed with 2 tables in the center. Moreover, for the aperitif we did not have any appetizers even after asking 3 times.
