Disappointed, we hardly see any known buildings

The service wasn’t the best, the waitresses were kind and good, but there were too many people for the small number of them. For the price of the ticket, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Cruise on the Bateaux Mouches: as it was raining, we had to stay inside but the microphones didn't work and we didn't hear any commentary on the monuments seen which is very unfortunate.

Our tickets we purchased here didn't actually work. They did end up letting us on the boat for the Seine cruise, but it took a lot of extra time and effort on their part to figure things out, rather than just scanning a QR code and getting on.

A good organization, nothing to say. One downside: on the boat, the comments are inaudible - the speakers are "blocked" and we understand nothing... nothing... nothing. Too bad.

Expedited meal, very expensive water

It was a bit complicated to book the activity that was offered to us, and on top of that, we had to pay an extra fee to be able to reserve. The workshop to create your own wine is nice to do, but afterwards, 95 € is still expensive for what it is.

The ticket was cheaper on the official Stade de France website. Too bad I only saw it afterwards. I ended up paying 10 euros more by going through you. I thought the opposite, that's why I went through your site.

The comments were not loud enough

Staff not very welcoming. The cruise did not take place on the planned boat. Nevertheless, the cruise allowed us to see the various monuments along the Seine. It's a pity that Notre Dame is not illuminated, but you are not to blame for that!! The meal was a bit below expectations and was rushed!! You can feel that there is a need for efficiency!! Too bad!! Given the price paid of €230 for two without the bottle of still water at €8!! I do not recommend this cruise. It is better to just take the boat ride, but it's less romantic!! Hoping my opinion will be published.

Very disappointed, almost no comments and inappropriate. The lady who was commenting even addressed the passengers by comparing them to goats (it was not humor) she was angry and said it also in English. I find this deplorable, and I will no longer take the Parisian boats.

Very average meal

It's a shame that the trip did not go to the Statue of Liberty. Turned back just before. The route should be specified when booking... 17th 1 hour when it was logically 1 hour 10.

very nice ballad on the Seine, we were with a group of children. very kind staff we regret not having had explanations about the monuments ... there is a lack of a drinking water point for groups.

The comments are inaudible. It would be desirable for us to know the route of the boat. Our granddaughter was disappointed not to have seen Notre Dame.

Very weak and incomprehensible comments in French, nothing understood while being at the top and in front. Few comments. Given the price, it's incorrect.

The boat ride was nice, unfortunately on the upper deck there were not enough explanations in Spanish. This was not indicated at the start. A Parisian all my life, I had to act as the guide but it was not enough.

The group was well received but perhaps it would be better to reserve a special entrance for the school group or let them go first and not mix them with the public.

Unfortunately, the acoustic was very bad.

The staff at Paris in one click was very friendly, the boat staff was very helpful. However, I took a 4-hour cruise that started around 9 PM and logically should have ended around 1 AM but actually ended before midnight.

A hot day, sauna effect (humid & unpleasant) the sound of the comments could be optimized, we can't clearly hear what is being said.

Hello, I had booked this lunch cruise to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had specified this information when purchasing the lunch. I find it regrettable that I was given the information that an extra charge was needed for the cake and surprise music. I would have paid an extra charge without any problem. I had to ask the waiter to make a gesture; he kindly offered to put one candle on the small dessert ordered. Aside from this relatively important detail, the cruise, the meal, and the atmosphere were nice.

Where it was supposed to be 4 days of romance, it turned into 4 days of hassle; not only were there traffic jams all along the roads, but parking was even more expensive than the activities we wanted to do. There were even activities we couldn't do because it was impossible to park. We left without knowing if we would have any fines for parking. In short, it's really a shame.

Overall correct

Beautiful day, magnificent walk. We were just disappointed with the aesthetics of the service, it could be better regarding the cutlery and especially the drink, a nice glass would be appreciated. Also the dessert. Otherwise, the starter was very simple but very good!! Good continuation.

Hello, overall the presentation and the sommelier were very good, however I find it a bit unfortunate to be timed.. you can feel that you have to hurry at the end to cork the bottle.. but otherwise it's interesting and nice in the setting.

Attention, tickets for the boat cruise are non-refundable as they are valid for 24 months (no point in asking for the visit date at purchase). Being in Paris for only 1 day and the Seine being flooded, I could not take the cruise. This is nobody's fault but living far away and being sure not to return to Paris, I would have hoped to get a refund for the tickets. It is therefore better to buy tickets directly on site on the same day as reserving them is useless.

Very difficult to find for those who are not from Paris, we ran around the quays, the seat was unreachable, we really thought we would miss the cruise. Very frustrated with the cruise, I had given this to my husband for Christmas to see all the monuments while enjoying a good meal but we only saw the Eiffel Tower and the Seine Musicale because the weather conditions did not allow us to go to the other side which I understand but the service purchased was not just a meal on the Seine it was supposed to be a visit! No commercial gesture, paying the same price while half of the service is not respected I find that shameful. I am disappointed not to have seen what the cruise promised

We could not understand the information given during the boat tour, explanations inaudible.

Really very unfortunate that inside the boat, we cannot hear the explanations because given yesterday's weather, snow, it was impossible to be outside with a 5-year-old child. We are disappointed

Hello, the children were a bit cold because of the weather but they enjoyed it

Very disappointed upon arrival we were supposedly (9) a children's meal so one place which meant we had to be on the boat that was not going to navigate the Seine being high it could not because too high to pass under the bridges what a disappointment for the children it was their Christmas gift to stay on board...... after having a heated discussion we finally managed to find a table on another ship and it was sailing but when we reserve for 9 why are we told impossible you are only 8 when I have indeed reserved and paid for 8 adults and 1 meal for under 12 it's the second year we do this it leaves us to think and to recommend around us I put 3 stars for this incident
