Hello Sir,
The patchwork cushions are made from 10 x 10 cm squares, so your cushion cannot be less than 40 x 40 cm.
I suggest you measure it again, and you will see that it is indeed 40 x 40 cm, as mentioned on our product sheet.
Regarding the stitching, it sometimes happens that a thread is loose, but you can cut it without any problem, although I agree that this should have been noticed on our side.

You also ordered a product that was not in stock and that we had to put in production; indeed the delay was longer than expected especially because of the summer period and we apologize for that.
And finally, you contacted us to explain that the pouf you wanted was square when it only exists in diameter 45 or 70 cm, so round.

The fur is beauiful, Unfortunately it had perfume/chemical smell was very strong. I aired it for 2 days outside. The smell was just as strong - so, as I couldn't use it that way, I washed it on the wool setting. It still reeked after washing and my washing machine was covered in a fine white powder. I threw it away!
