you decided for me the day of delivery: 1) warned me the same morning that you would not deliver me while I had blocked a day at my home, 2) I tried to reach the carrier. 3) told me they would call me back: never did. 4) tried to contact them again: never answered. 5) and finally was dropped off on a day I was not there. 6) managed to call the delivery man (nice) to find a solution: not easy while I was in an important meeting with my CEO.

The description on the website does not make it clear that the sheepskin is mixed with a synthetic fur lining. The description is incomplete.

The explanation of the product when I bought it was 90cm.I was very surprised to receive a 60cm model. I went back to the site.now I understand.there are two sizes.but it is badly indicated.so I am disappointed.I wanted the size above.what can we do?

The reason for the refusal is not admissible because I limited myself to the objective appreciation of the product: I would like to maintain it for this main reason "Product with tanning said "ecological" but the very "chemical smell " at the arrival disappointed me. It is not recommended for a baby because of the smell and the length of the hair. It's a pity because the product seems to be of good quality.... your products lack details to enlighten the buyer: the smell of the skin for example (in this case to camouflage the natural smell of a sheepskin) on your products coming from Iceland doesn't exist on the products tanned at your place: to specify it would be more honest. The same goes for the respect of the buyer's opinion.
