You decided for me the day of delivery: 1) warned me the same morning that you would not deliver me while I had blocked a day at my home, 2) I tried to reach the carrier. 3) told me they would call me back: never did. 4) tried to contact them again: never answered. 5) and finally was dropped off on a day I was not there. 6) managed to call the delivery man (nice) to find a solution: not easy while I was in an important meeting with my CEO.
